Flossy Band

A great piece of kit for improving blood flow to an area- like a muscle or a joint.

You wrap the joint of muscle tightly and then 'pump' the muscle or joint for 10-20 pumps. Then remove the band.

This can be done before a run or after to improve the removal of lactic acid.
