• Only use on healed skin without stitches or scabs.

• Clean and dry the area before applying.

• Apply in a smooth motion without rubbing it in.
• Apply three times a day, or more often if there’s a lot of friction.
• Reapply after exercise, showering, etc.
• For best results, use the gel during the day and silicone patches at night
