Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received and unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted items will need to be sent back to us. Please note we are not liable for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer and cost more than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
