Double Massage Balls

A double massage ball to use in the self-inhibition of sore points. A more specific contact point than a foam roller. 

Once you have found a sore point, keep pressure over the ball and then move very small movements- no more than a few centimeters in each direction. Once the pain begins to dissipate more the angle of the ball very slightly.
